InterVarsity Press welcomes David W. McNutt as its new associate editor for IVP Academic and project editor for the Reformation Commentary on Scripture.

McNutt received his bachelor of arts degree from Pepperdine University, master of divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, master of letters (theology) from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, and his PhD from the University of Cambridge, England.

McNutt previously served as a guest assistant professor of theology at Wheaton College and as the associate pastor for pastoral care at First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn (IL).

His essays and reviews have appeared in the International Journal of Systematic Theology, Religion and the Arts, Christian Scholar's Review,Books and Culture and elsewhere.
