Len Kageler
Len Kageler, Ph.D, is professor of youth and family studies and associate dean of faculty development at Nyack College in New York. He has authored a dozen books, including The Youth Ministry Survival Guide (Zondervan, 2008) and The Volunteer's Field Guide to Youth Ministry (Group, 2011). He speaks and teaches widely in North America and the European Union. He and his wife Janet live just outside of NYC, and love camping and hiking. Len is a serious runner and has an excellent reputation for making superb omelets on winter backpacking trips, even at 20 degrees while camping on snow. He does not always achieve his reading goal (3 books a month) but the books are duly noted in his reading journal and at the end of the year he heads for Starbucks and enjoys a (cerebral) Book of the Year ceremony in which the top three books are declared.

Scott J. Hafemann
Hafemann (Th.D., Tübingen) is the Mary F. Rockefeller Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Prior to joining the faculty of Gordon-Conwell, he served from 1995 to 2004 asthe Gerald F. Hawthorne Professor of New Testament Greek and Exegesis at Wheaton College and Graduate School in Wheaton, Illinois. His books include Suffering and the Ministry of the Spirit; Paul, Moses and the History of Israel; an NIV Application Commentary on 2 Corinthians; and The God of Promise and the Life of Faith: Understanding the Heart of the Bible. He has written several books, including Paul, Moses and the History of Israel and God of Promise and theLife of Faith.

Carolyn Nystrom
Carolyn Nystrom (MA, Wheaton College) has written more than eighty books, Bible study guides and children's titles. She served as general editor for the Christian Classics series and she co-authored Guard Us, Guide Us and Prayingwith theologian J. I. Packer, and Before I Was Born (God's Design for Sex) with Sandra Speidel. In addition to actively serving in her church and community, she has been a foster parent, an elementary schoolteacher and a book editor. Carolyn lives in the Chicago area with her husband and they have four grown children.
