Tommy "Urban D." Kyllonen
Tommy "Urban D." Kyllonen has been in full-time urban ministry for over nineteen years at Crossover Church in Tampa, Florida. Under his leadership as youth pastor and since 2002 as lead pastor, the church has grown from forty to over 1,000, and was recognized as one of America?s Most Innovative Churches by Outreach Magazine. Tommy is also an internationally known hip-hop artist, author and urban ministry coach and speaker. Tommy has released seven hip-hop albums as rapper "Urban D." He has performed and spoken at concerts and conferences across the United States as well as overseas in Japan, Australia, the UK, Germany and Nigeria. He is the author of Next, a resource for new believers from an urban context, and is the creator of Un.orthdox, which spans three types of media and includes a book, hip-hop album and film. His church, Crossover, is a multiethnic, multigenerational, economically diverse church in inner city Tampa with the vision to specifically reach those influenced by urban/hip-hop culture. Tommy is the founder of the Urban Coaching Network, a six-month webinar coaching experience for lead pastors and church planters in an urban, multiethnic context. He is also the founder of the Flavor Fest Urban Leadership Conference, which has trained over 5,000 leaders in fourteen years. Tommy is the publisher of S.O.U.LMAG, which has become the voice of the Christian hip-hop community with a readership in the tens of thousands. The magazine recently launched a TV show S.O.U.LMAG TV which Tommy hosts on JUCE Network (formerly JCTV). He has also authored articles for Relevant, Pastors.com, UYWI, Rapzilla.com and the American Bible Society. He lives in Tampa with his wife Lucy and two young daughters.

Edmund P. Clowney (1917–2005) served as the first president of Westminster Theological Seminary and was well known as a preacher. His books include Preaching and Biblical Theology, Called to the Ministry, Christian Meditation, Doctrine and the Church, The Unfolding Mystery, and Preaching Christ in All of Scripture.

Richard Twiss
Richard Twiss (1954–2013) was the founder and president of Wiconi International, a nonprofit that works for the betterment of Native people and communities by advancing culture, education, spirituality and social justice in the spirit of Jesus. Amember of the Sicangu Lakota Oyate from the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, his native name was Taoyate Ob Najin, or "He Stands with His People." He is the author of One Church, Many Tribes. A widely traveled speaker, activist, educator, author and networker within the Native North American community, Twiss led Native American performing arts teams and addressed issues of spirituality and justice in hundreds of venues worldwide. He served as a local pastor for thirteen years,worked as national director of Native ministries for the International Bible Society and was the U.S. representative for the World Christian Gathering of Indigenous People Movement. A board member of CCDA (Christian Community Development Association), he was a cofounder of NAIITS (North American Institute for Indigenous Theological Studies) and Evangelicals for Justice. Twiss was committed to serving the local Native community in Portland, Oregon, as a respected spiritual leader with his wifeKatherine, who continues his vision today. He was a member of the Portland Indian Leadership Roundtable and was a board member of the city's Native American Youth and Family Center. He also taught at Portland State University, Warner Pacific Collegeand Sioux Falls and George Fox Seminaries. As a writer, Twiss contributed to The Justice Project, Holy Bible: Mosaic, Jamestown Remembered, Coming Together in the 21st Century and Common Prayer by Shane Claiborne, Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove and Enuma Okoro. He was a contributing editor for Cultural Encounters and wrote a bi-monthly column in Charisma Magazine called Smoke Signals. He earned a doctorate of missiology in inter-cultural studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Leroy Barber
Leroy Barber has dedicated more than twenty-five years to eradicating poverty, confronting homelessness, restoring local neighborhoods, healing racism and living what Dr. King called "the beloved community." He is the author of New Neighbor and Everyday Missions, and the coauthor of Red, Brown, Yellow, Black and White with Velma Maia Thomas. He was also a contributing author to Tending to Eden by Scott Sabin and the groundbreaking book UnChristianby David Kinnaman and Gabe Lyons. The co-founder and director of the Voices Project and college pastor at Kilns College, Barber starts projects that shape society. In 1989, burdened by the plight of Philadelphia's homeless, he and his wife Donna founded Restoration Ministries to serve homeless families and children living on the streets, and in 1994 he became the director of internship programs at Cornerstone Christian Academy. He was licensed and ordained at Mt Zion Baptist Church where he served as youth director with Donna, and also served as associate minister of evangelism. In 1997, he joined FCS Urban Ministries, working with Atlanta Youth Project to serve as the founding executive director of Atlanta Youth Academies, a private elementary school providing quality Christian education for low-income families in the inner city. He also helped found DOOR Atlanta, Community Life Church, South Atlanta Marketplace and Community Grounds Coffee shop in Atlanta, as well as Green My Hoodand the Voices Project. He is on the boards of The Simple Way, Missio Alliance, The Evangelical Environmental Network (EEN) and the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA). Barber and his wife Donna have been married thirty years and together they have five children.
