Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. IVP utilizes a fulfillment partner, Longleaf Services, to process orders, which are shipped from an Ingram warehouse.

When will my request be reviewed? Should I expect to hear back?

Your request will be reviewed within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been approved. All requests are subject to approval and availability. In some instances, we may reach out to you from [email protected] to request more information prior to approval.

Does IVP Academic offer supplemental materials for any of its textbooks?
