Individuals

If you are shopping on ivpress.com for the first time, you can set up a user name and password when you place an order. At the end of the checkout process you'll have the option to:

• Save my address & payment info for next time.
• Enter a password below.

On your next visit you can use this password to retrieve your account information.

Lost Password

You can request a temporary password when you place your next order. After entering your email address you can select either of these options:

• Forgot password?
• Skip & Checkout as a Guest

If you select "Forgot password?" a temporary password will be sent to the email address you provided. You will have the option to enter a new password at the bottom of the checkout, which will be used for the future.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders place on ivpress.com are processed and shipped by Longleaf Services.

• Orders for books that are in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days.
• Forthcoming titles are shipped as they become available during the month of publication. You are not charged on your credit card until the book is shipped.
• For web orders inside the US, we offer domestic shipping through USPS at a flat rate of $6.00 for the initial book and $1.00 for each additional book. Other shipping options are available. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance. Please anticipate a delivery period of up to 2 weeks. • For web orders outside the US, a charge of $10.00 will be added for the first book, and an additional $6.00 for each extra book. Delivery via surface mail may take up to 4-6 weeks. For questions about orders placed outside the US, call 919-966-7449 or email [email protected]

Credit Cards

Online orders can be placed using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards. The billing name and address must match what appears on your credit card statement. Credit cards will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Please note: the charge on your credit card statement will appear as Longleaf Services.

Discounts & Promo Codes

Sign up for one or more of IVP's email lists to hear about new books and special offers that are most relevant to you. You can also check the sale tab on the website to see our current specials.

Online promotions and discounts are offered on ivpress.com using promo codes. Promo code discounting applies to the list price, and only one promo code can be used per order. Promotion prices expire after the designationed date. Please note: enter your promo code before entering your shipping option.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected on orders to all locations where required except Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the print edition of your order, return the merchandise prepaid and carefully packaged along with your order number and contact information, within 30 days, to the address below for a refund.

Ebooks

IVP ebooks are available from Amazon and Christianbook—you can find a direct link for each title on the ebook product page on ivpress.com.

Accessible Editions

IVP offers accessible editions of books for people with disabilities. Ebooks are available for most IVP books, visit online ebook retailers or visit ReadHowYouWant (which specializes in accessible editions) to see whether there's an ebook or other accessible edition available.

Out-of-Print Books

Many of our out-of-print titles are available from Amazon.com, used book stores, and online services like these:

• Alibris: Search a large network of independent booksellers to find exactly what you're looking for.

If you do not have an existing account with Longleaf you can set up one by filling out the application and submitting a copy of your State Tax Exemption Certificate. Independent retailers can update existing accounts here.

Media outlets can book an author, download logos, and find additional resources in the IVP Media Center.
